By becoming a subscriber you will be helping to support urgently needed CIOCD programs for Canadian OCD sufferers through the life span. |
| Annual Subscription Levels in Canadian Funds:
Organizations and Treatment Centers: $550 Individual Professionals: $250 Single Household Families: $150 Individual Members of the Public: $110 Students: $75 Please see the “Donate Now” link on the CIOCD home page to make your donation and become a CIOCD subscriber. A charitable tax receipt will be issued by the CIOCD for donations in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency’s guidelines and regulations. |
